sandidawg thanks for the answer, I created another user account and I assigned the skillset to that user, then I used this account to log in the RCC webpage but the skillset's list is still empty, no luck. Any idea?

is there a way to transfer a call from a station to the Auto Atendant? I want to transfer a call not answer (forward not answer feature) again to the Auto Atendant if the caller no answer the call. I think could be done with the AAs "DN" If this number really exist.

OK, after followed this instrution the set number is display in the screen like: 2280, but the Agent list status never changed (Logged off), Im can't use the busy/rdy button the error messaged received is "Not conected" and after like 10 second the set number vanished.
