The translation are actually sent over the corporate interface of the active S8710 server. Can you ping it from the server. They are sent using FTP so that port needs to opened on any network firewalls. Also I have seen that if the network MTU size is lower than about 1470 then it will not work...

Basic question: Have you added the gateway in CM with the correct serial number? Have you added procr ip interface in CM ? Can you ping the G430 from the S8300 and can you ping the S8300 from the G430 ?
