Look into the cost of agent boards. These are software that reside on agents PC and displays the stats on the users screen. Licensing is the cost involved, maybe you already have some.
Look into disabling the Network region that the phone and gateway are in on the Core Pabx. This should drop phones and gateway into LSP. Assumming that the NR are setup in a manner to allow this..
Also check if the FTP server will allow more than one concurrent users. Maybe you have more than one ftp backup running at the same time (give or take a few seconds). I normally stagger the backups by 20 mins. Check your schedules.
The translation are actually sent over the corporate interface of the active S8710 server. Can you ping it from the server. They are sent using FTP so that port needs to opened on any network firewalls. Also I have seen that if the network MTU size is lower than about 1470 then it will not work...
It uses a standard modem cable either 9 or 25 pin will work depends on what the PC has. I find an emulation of 4410 works the best. but 513 will work as well.
8434d will need some type of power for the display to work.
This can be taken off the AUX tail. The AUX tail can provide x3 48 v power for telephones. This need to be connected to pins 7and 8 of the telephone. You wont need closet power as this is designed to run 20+ telephones.

Have you added the gateway in CM with the correct serial number?
Have you added procr ip interface in CM ?
Can you ping the G430 from the S8300 and can you ping the S8300 from the G430 ?

This may have been caused by the fact that there is no gateway defined for CNA and/or CNB. . Would have to stetup a static route to the IPSI using the cna interface and gateway. Done via the configure server web page on both servers.
