i am not familiar with MAID...if you get data when you put in 919 that is the issue. 919 in afrsn needs to be deleted before you can break it out.

if you have an exitsting main greeting that answers, call the number from the outside, when the auto attendant picks up dial 9632. (as gbaughma stated) that should get you to the system manager box. Assuming you have a dos based VMS or VMP... once in the system manager box listen to the prompts...
