changing directory names on Electra Elite 48 phone

assuming you have a DOS based VMP... directory names are setup when a user sets up their voice mail box. the easiest way is to "reset the mailbox to new" if you are at the admin phone dial the VM pilot number and press the soft key under the word "more" select the soft key "MGR" and select the soft key "chbox" enter the ext number and listen to the prompts to rest the box to new.
