Hello. pass is "root123". when you login to IPLU board go to directory "/var/log". There is a file "messages". look into it and you will see reason of error. But most probably is that firmware on IPLU is unable to download new firmware from server. BR -- maxilee

Hello. you have to login from phone to extension on the switch. you have to setuop correct GK on phone config and then from keypad you should enter extension "431" and press speaker button ... If phone is not logging to the switch - you should check logs on the phone why phone is not logging...
