Hi,
Periodically we see some that messages are received in the Exchange system several DAYS after it has been sent from OneBox.
Mailbox numbers that observe this fault are random and the issue is periodical.

In most case we just delete the mailbox, and re-create it with all greetings.

The OneBox/Messaging runs 4.1 (i.e. CallXpress 7.90).
MX-One runs s/w 3.2, and the Exchange environment: 2003.

Maybe you have some ideas how to solve this issue?
(OneBox reports to run etc...)

Hello.

Login to onebox, run "Diagnostics" and enable logging for communication between oneBox and Exchange.

in "diagnostics" go to menu "View" -> "Logging settings"
next in the tree got to "Message delivery", find entry "MTAPOST" and enable file logging on it ...

then you have to wait for problems ... in log file you should see reason of problem with communication with exchange ...
