Hi, I created an ACDN so I can forward a DID. It works however, the CLID is showing the pilot number and not the DID. Is there something I need to change in setting up the ACDN so it sends the DID? Thanks.

I found the problem - there are multiple NXX's on the switch and the CLID's for them were a mish mash. I cleaned it up and all is working just fine. Thanks much.

I checked a few things and here's what I found. Some phones have a different NXX and when I call from them, I don't get the full 10 digits on the set that is called, just the NPA. I suppose this is a different issue so, please let me know what I can check/fix. Thanks.

Yes - it is an Option 11 and what I would like to do is to create a phantom card to forward numbers. I will give it a try.

Right again GHTROUT! Thank you. With ACD's there is less control of what you can do so I used a virtual analog tn and use the calling line ID entry. Works well.

When there is no answer on one of these phones, a message plays but I don't know where that message is as there is no mailbox for it in CP or in the greeting...

I disabled the PC consoles, shut down the PC's and rebooted the switches. Still having the same problem. Any suggestions on how to check the NAS?
