Nortel 81c - Overflow goes to Mail instead of attendant

Stumped by this -

Unanswered calls during the day are not being routed to the alternate attendant. Instead, they go to voice mail.
The alternate attendant is on a different switch but the two switches have tie lines.
All was working well and there were no programming changes (or so i think).
 
How do you have overflow setup? Are you using a M2250 console with AODN setup?

We are using PC Consoles and no AODN.
 
Reboot the consoles, they like to just do their own thing every once in a while. We ended up removing our PC consoles because of this. Some of the issue may have been the users needing to use the PC for other things and the programming conflicting.
 
I disabled the PC consoles, shut down the PC's and rebooted the switches. Still having the same problem. Any suggestions on how to check the NAS?
 
1st place i would look for a change would be either rdr data. or another cdb change. opt cfo can cause that.. for did calls to go to the att.. cls fba comes to mind.. but i haven't ever used that one

No change to the CDB. I want to check TBL 00 in the NAS but not sure where to print that from. Any suggestions?

Problem disappeared before we were able to figure out what caused the problem. Thanks for your assistance.
