Hi,
I have some CBCT (call by call type) trunks to the PSTN on an Option 11C. I've programmed some numbers on the PBX as ACD with NCFW to a DID. When the 4 digits are called internally, the calls get to the destination however only the area code is presented.
Any idea whats blocking the remaining digits from being presented?
Thanks.

Right again GHTROUT! Thank you.
With ACD's there is less control of what you can do so I used a virtual analog tn and use the calling line ID entry.
Works well.

Hi there again...
I thought I had it fixed when I added the CLID however, it did not. What else can I check?
Thanks.

You added the CLID, but how? Is APDN set to YES? If so, and these are not DIDs registered with your LD carrier, then the CLID is still the issue.

I checked a few things and here's what I found. Some phones have a different NXX and when I call from them, I don't get the full 10 digits on the set that is called, just the NPA.

I suppose this is a different issue so, please let me know what I can check/fix.
Thanks.

Print out your CLID table and let us take a look. We're all just guessing unless you post something.

I found the problem - there are multiple NXX's on the switch and the CLID's for them were a mish mash. I cleaned it up and all is working just fine.
Thanks much.
