Hello - I have this BCM50 that has an application DN designated as Call Pilot DN.
Some telephones sets have this DN for Forward No Answer. When there is no answer on one of these phones, a message plays but I don't know where that message is as there is no mailbox for it in CP or in the greeting tables.

I need to update that message but don't know where to locate it or password it will/may have.

Kindly let me know where I can look to find this thing.

If there are no mailboxes attached to the sets then you will get the general delivery mailbox.MB 100
