I have 2 i2004 ip phones with "cable unplugged" message on the display. The phones work just fine. I've tried unplugging the phones as well as deregistering/reregistering the phones with no luck. Its a BCM 400 4.0 with the latest patches Any thoughts? Thank you

Thanks for the responses guys. The problem was on Nortels side they had to adjust the keycodes to match the new box. So they had to take out the upgrade in the keycodes since the box was a 4.0 rel. Once they did that the keycode took. Again thanks

I have a box that is bad. I have a new BCM 400 4.0. I have regenrated the keycodes from the old system for the new system. The box is rejecting the keycodes. The original box was a BCM 400 3.6or7 upgrade to 4.0. Since the boxes dont match in original rel. Is this a problem? Thank you
