can not access BCM 200 2

Im trying to log into a BCM 200 3.6 or 3.7, not sure. I can hit the system with my browser and see all of the tabs as well as ping the system and the phones are working. When I try and click on any tabs, i.e. Config. It looks like it is going to log in, but the status bar gets stuck at the half way point and does nothing. This happens for all tabs. Also the voice mail is NOT working. All the lights on the system are good. I dont believe this is a capacitor issue. Please help

Did you try reset or reboot? You might have a defective BFT or a bad hard drive.

A while back they had a big problem with accessing the 3.6 systems because of the apache server stopping unexpectedly. You could go in through the serial port and enter the cli command net start apache and try it there, but there was a patch released that fixed it too. I have the zipped file on my PC if you can give me some way of getting it to you. It's a small file, only 566k. I can FTP it to you via yousendit.com if you can give me an email address.
