They are LS,but however when we changed to COS of the vm ports back to the orignal after trying the phone COS. The ring back started working correctly. I'm not sure what was going on, but no changes were made to the individual COS. I guess I'll chalk it up to old FM. Thanks for the reply.
I have a 4.1 sp1 that when a call is xfered from the auto attendant to an ext there is no ringback just dead air. Music on transfer id disabled in all COS. If I xfer from a phone to an ext on an CO call I get ringback. I assigned the phones COS to the vm ports just to elminate the cos assigned...
I tried that and the system acts like it never sees the cli and it delays the ring about 4-5 rings. The way I understand it to work it should cut the call thru as soon as it hears the ani. We get the ani but the 3300 acts as if it never heard it.
I thought that maybe the case too, I did find in some newer docs that clid was supported on an ASU. But that was a different software load. I think I've about tried everything I can think of at this point.
We have a 4.1 3300 that is not displaying caller id on loop start trunks, they are on a ASU. When I turn ani on in the cos for the trunks the call will ring 4-5 times before the system rings the phone. Which is a symptom of the 3300 not recognizing the clid, but the ani is present. Second there...
Thanks, we had found that also, the problem we had was the customer claims it used to work so we got ourselves thrown for a loop. Thanks again for the response.
I have a 200icp that will not repeat the main greeting it just transfers to the operator. The manual says the greeting should be repeated 3 times then you have the option to transfer to the operator or have the system disconnect. The customers claims it used to work. We had the greeting...
The number of network hops is set to 10 at both sites. The console resides at site A, Nupoint site B. Call comes in on PRI site A rings ext 3004, call goes to nupoint Site B, the caller presses 0. Caller is xfered back to IP console at site A, she then trys to xfer call to another ext. When she...
We have an ip console that works just fine, unless a call goes to vm and the caller 0's out. The vm is at another site, when the console gets the call and try's to xfer to an extension, the gets cut off as soon as she hits the xfer key. All other xfer's work fine, if the same scenerio goes to an...
A multicall with ring and delay ring, did exactly what I wanted. My Mitel was a bit rusty all I needed was a little refresher. I had my hunt groups turned around with another system.
Thanks, for the answers I guess I got my systems turned around I'll set up the key line with delayed ringing on the 2nd line and it should do what I want.
Thanks Again.
I have 1450 setup as a terminal hunt with two members 1400 and 1411. You dial 1450 and 1400 rings for ever and never hunts to 1411. System is a 3300 10.0.0.10_2. COS is 1 on hunt group and phones. Any ideas?
I have a customer that has a 3904 defined in nit1, there isn't an attendant console on the system. The transfer recall is not working. I found some documentation that says recalls will not go to a nit dn, and the calls are placed in a attendant queue. Is this correct? The customer states it just...
You can do it with a fibermux, there are a number of different makes. hook the pri up just like you would to the mux like you would to a csu and the fiber on the other side. Depending on the mux you buy, there maybe some configuration on it. B8ZS and ESF this sort of thing. I've done this qutie...
Where under sets is the prompt to turn it on? I can find it for trunks but not analog sets? I'm a Opt. CS1000E guy so my Norstar is limited and has about 15 years of rust on it.
I want callpilot to do a blind external tranfer to a cell phone. I can't find where you can change it or if you can change it at all. I'm having problems with calls going to vm and not returning answer supervision, so Callpilot instead of releasing the call comes back and says "your call can not...
