I have a 200icp that will not repeat the main greeting it just transfers to the operator. The manual says the greeting should be repeated 3 times then you have the option to transfer to the operator or have the system disconnect. The customers claims it used to work. We had the greeting re-recorded to make sure they are using the primary greeting. Any Ideas?

The main auto-att will not repeat unless it is recorded as such.

Menu Node mB's repeat 3 times but do not have Dial by Name or Dial an extension access.

Solution is to record greeting 3 times.

Thanks, we had found that also, the problem we had was the customer claims it used to work so we got ourselves thrown for a loop. Thanks again for the response.
