The server is service pack 2 with all updates as well as Exchange.

When OWA goes down we get the "page cannot be displayed" message. No errors come up in Event Viewer.

Solution was found and you were right about the forums. a user suggested that we make sure that the firebox interface and the default gateway of the webserver were the same and it was not. We made the changes and it worked. Thank yu for the help
