Not sure if you can unless there is loadbalancing from the WAN to the LAN. In otherwords you have no control over how the traffic returns from the cloud. You'd need to implement QOS in the cloud.

Did the machines ever have static ip settings. Recheck dhcp scope and ip setting of the dhcp server in the manager tool. Recreate dhcp server from scratch. Watch your scope info as you set it up.

The correct way to resolve this is on NT Server is to go to:
control panel>printers>file>server properties>Advanced tab>
diable remote print notifications
I can't tell you how much I appreciate your response. However, I did manage to resolve my issue. I simply reinstalled BCMS to get it to reset it's services and driver to recognize its new resolution. Took all of five minutes. Much thanks for your input anyway.
