Add sta next

Hi im setting up a G3 and i need help please.

The system has been completly erased. I need to add lines and extensions i type "add sta next" It says that there are no extensions available any ideas thanks in advance Jake

Jake it sounds like you need to do some work to your dialplan in order to have some extensions available. Is their no way to reload translations from anywhere in the switch??

Sounds to me like the licenseing has been cleared.
If there is no backup of this system and/or it is not licensed to your company, you may be out of luck.
