Hello everyone,
wants to know which is the command to show extension number on display when the phone is idle.
i can see the extension number when i pick up the handset.
kindly check if the welcome message exists?
1.press speaker
2.Press 716
3.press 5
4.it will ask for the message number(3digit message number)
then it will play the message.
or may be system is gone to night mode, change it to day mode.
command:
1. 14-07 for access map 2, make trunk 2=7(outgoing and incoming) and rest of the trunks make it Zero.
2. 15-06 for station 114 give the access map 2 in all the trunks.
in this scenario, 114 will access second line always.
command
1. 22-05 for trunk 2 make set the data as 2 in all the modes
2. 22-04 incoming group 2 set the station 114.
so you will receive the call for second line in station 114.
Thank you for sharing this information, its very useful.
But here in my scenario, i used meet me conference feature and it worked, every time they make a call they should transfer a call to the meet me conference pilot number.
anyway its resolved my issue, thanks for your support.
