Hello Guys,

i have SV8300 systems working on CCIS over IP:

Site A is a main office with PRI line connected and Centralized Billing (ma4000) is working.
Site B is a remote site .

Site B is receiving a call from PRI, but i can not see the incoming calls on the smdr tool, or ma4000. but i can see it for outgoing calls made from here.

Try this;
To provide Tandem Centralized Billing in the Local Office
Data Assignment of Office A
CM08>040: 0 (Provides SMDR service for tandem calls)
CM08>377: 0 (Provides office number and station number from the tandem office)
CM35 Y=014>C.O. Route No.: 0 (Not provided)
Data Assignment of Office A
ARTD CDN 10>CCIS Route No.: 0
ARTD CDN 16>CCIS Route No.: 0
Data Assignment of Office B
CM08>378: 1 (Not provided)

Also make sure that incoming SMDR is set to all extensions. CMD 35049.

You can find this information in the Networking Manual.

Thanks Belvedere, i have done all these programs.
my PRI line is in the main site, calls are going via main site from remote site, there is a outgoing call details, even incoming call details are available on smdr tool, but it doesn't give extension number, it gives ccis route and trunk route. i need to have station number.

Do you get station number/name when you call station to station over CCIS?

Also set Command 1305 for all the SV8300 stations to "0

Yes Belevedere, i can see the station number.

1305 is 0 for all the stations in both the sites.

is this feature available on sv8300 on ccis?

It is a feature.
Check CMD's 35049>CCIS route>0 = allow incoming SMDR.
Also, some of the basic CCIS commands.
A80>destination point code>CCIS circuit, usually 00 if only one CCIS circuit.
A728>CCIS circuit>0 = calling party information transfer service.
EX: A728>00>0
A80>00001>00
35049>31>0

I have an SV8300 going to an SV8500-UMG. Below are my SMDR settings:

15213-0 (Optional for SMDR for sta-to-sta calls)
A703-00-0
A704-00-XXXXX (XXXXX = Point Code of my SV8500-UMG which is the Center Billing Office)
