HI, I have an Ip Office 500v2, my extensions numbers are in 3000-3050 and i have 10 agents with extensions 4001-4010, how can i do to restrict the users in range 3XXX dont dial to users with extensions 4XXX. Could You help me please.

Yes, a tried with another logins and nothing, but with the same login in another machine it works fine and the both machines has XP SP2, the screen resolution has 1024 x 1024 and i tried with another resolution but dont appear.
Hi everybody, more less 15 agents when they login the Monitor dont display this, we need restart the NICE and when the agents logout is the same case, do you have any idea?. Our agents are IP and the Nice Aplicationes are 8.9, Avaya CT and 1 E1 between NICE and Communication Manager.
