Hi everybody, more less 15 agents when they login the Monitor dont display this, we need restart the NICE and when the agents logout is the same case, do you have any idea?. Our agents are IP and the Nice Aplicationes are 8.9, Avaya CT and 1 E1 between NICE and Communication Manager.

What version from AES are you using? are this agents being monitored by the same hunt grupo on the PBX?

Thanks tcpipV6 a found the problem, i only add the skill to the Avaya CT and it was found without any problem thanks
