I am sending the CLID to a HDX in order to queue to an agent ID. This is working perfectly except for local Dublin numbers I am missing a leading "1" in front of the CLID.

Has anyone come accross an issue where the CCMS or License Manager services refuse to start - just giving a common "failed to start CCMS services" error. This is a new installation to a CS1k AML and all the notes have been followed (as best they can be).

It is a CODEC mismatch - I traced the call and saw "no CODEC". If you call the CS1k from the OCS it handskaes on a CODEC of G711 uLaw but if you call the OCS from the CS1K you cannot get a handshake.
I read this may be somthing to do with the MCM not beign setup correctly?? I am not an OCS...
I have OCS R2 with a Conf bridge and connecting from the CS1K via SIP trunks. The CS1k is on release 5.5 and the NRS and Trunks are setup and tested ok the call is beign made and answered on the OCS server but there is no speech path between us.
Has anyone had this issue between the OCS and CS1k
I'm afraid there will probably be no replies as this is not a question but a request for work. I would suggest you hire in a contractor who has done this work. If you are interested our company can help you with this.
If its pre CS1K 7.5 then I believe I could Proxy through what is called an SES, an older Avaya product , and it’s possible to change it there through some translation or “adaption”.
If it is CS1K 7.5 then the Session Mgr/ Session Mgr (rel 6.1) pair can do this translation.

It is true it is strange how this just changed. Dialtone and other tones are controlled in LD 56. You may need to change these in there. I will try and show here some of the settings I belive are "normal". You will need to print FTC in ld 56 and check under HCCT -
