weird dial tone on cs1000

Hi all we recently had a cs1000 6.0 programmed at our office ...we recently moved it to the customer and for reasons I don't know the dialtone has changed from normal to this high pitched constant dialtone.I am a bit lost could someone please help

It is true it is strange how this just changed. Dialtone and other tones are controlled in LD 56. You may need to change these in there. I will try and show here some of the settings I belive are "normal". You will need to print FTC in ld 56 and check under HCCT -

DIAL
XTON 158
XCAD 016

OF course I am not sure if you are in the US or not. In europe the XTON tends to be a high number like 130 (A-law tones) and the in US a low number for U-Law tones.
 
look at the tone table entry in the customer data block

look for TTBL, (0) is default for NA.
