When trying to go into ld 2 and change the date/time I get

TFC0007

Time and Date changes privileges are not supported on Linux Call Server.

Severity: Minor

The user is admin and this is centralized user. I have checked this on another Rel6 and works ok. Wondering if anyone came accross this error before.

user admin is level one on that box

On Linux call server, time and date change is done on the Base Manager within EM... and admin is the correct user.

johnpoole/bhassell2000,

I reckon yyrkroon is correct as when you have this consolidated user/pass setup you can only use admin

I have this on another system but this is a CPPM and not on the linux server. These new systems require full IP remote access to do the changes on BCM through the new EM. I'll give that a shot when on site.

Thanks all for the replies - again all really helpfull.

It should be the Base Manager within UCM and not EM, my mistake.
