Figured out my issue, apparently the server was sent to me with Windows 2003R2 SP2. 2003R2 is supported as long as you do not run the additional components, the caveat is that 2003R2 SP2 is not supported on release 6.0 but is on 7.0 (AACC that is). So, it is the additional items on SP2 that is...
The password used matches across the board, this includes all setting for IIS, i have went through the procedure several times to ensure that i did not fat finger the password used. As we all know can happen from time to time. I appreciate all the quick responses it just feels like i have hit a...
Also just for additional information that the password entered was the same for the NT_webServicesPool and the DefaultAppPool as well as the anonymous user for IIS.
Have a co-res CCMA/CCMS server, after loading SU08 (CCMA) and following all the necessary post-install steps per the readme I am still receiving this message via a dialog box in IE. "A CCMA web service failed to execute as the CCMA Server has not been configured correctly. Please follow the web...
Having an issue with CCMA rel 6.0 (Nortel) getting the message that you see on the SU08 readme when logging into the webpage. Have went through the steps numerous times with the same results. Any clues as to what i might have missed??
Have you tried a manual reset of the sets i2002's that is i ran into after an upgrade to 7.5Q have to do this to get the firmware out to the sets for some reason some sets get the firmware and others won't.
We believe that we have figured out the issue. The SIP Proxy Server on the signaling server is in standby as are the trunks. We have to do some reconfig now that we have Subscriber Mgr running on the Primary UCM and the NRS running on the backup. We need to tell the follower signaling server...
You can use TGAR in conjunction with NCOS that is kind of the old school way of determining who could use which groups of trunks. TGAR works as a meet it beat it, that is if the concern is what trunks they will use for outbound.
Try pulling your system monitor card in the pedestal base as that it will cause your shelves/columns to drop. It is possible that the system monitor card is bad.
I am not certain of the current fax server/software they are using but i can find out. I do know they are using brooktrout sr140 boards though as i have the white paper for the card.
I will give that a try in the AM as far as restarting the virtual trunks. The server name is FOIPSERVER, that is what is listed as the name in the NRS. I believe that it is also a virtual fax server.
Yes, to all but your last questions. We're having difficulties with the SIP and the NRS they are not wanting to play nicely with each other. The EM shows the SIPNPM in standby as well as the virtual trunks being in standby. SubM is loaded on the main or Primary UCM server and the NRS is loaded...
Trying to get a Fax Over IP server setup to work with a CS1000E, having issues with inbound calls. DCH traces show no circ/channel avail and you get a re-order tone. Any thought's would be greatly appreciated.
