Thanks all I looked at the unit in the rack from the back and it says IP OFFICE 500 on the sticker. It also has a CF card slot and no SD slot. So I am assuming its the original V1.

you can change the default start points,but not everone of my users extensions have mobile twinning. Plus in order to use the module with any user you need to use a variable for that users extension. and seeing as we determined there is no system variable for current callers extension...

I was able to do it by adding a Generic action in the Collect call flow for each user. Then I set a Save:ext# and a go to the module.

that could work but I have it set so that the call flow starts when the user logs into the IP Office voicemail system. This way they have to enter their extension and password. I want to point the User->username->Collect flow to the Twinning module.

This is very similar to my setup, but in this example its for a user with extension 203.
Is there a variable that could be used in place of "203" so that this module could be used by other extension, ie ext 203, 204 ,205 etc..

I have Voicemail Pro Intuity Mode installed. I have setup the Breakout 0 in each users settings in Manager to go to a operator hunt group. When I test this I can press 0 and it will ring the operators but it will only work while the greeting is playing.

Thanks, everyone got it all working using the overflow hunt group method and setting up a leave start point in VM Pro.
Also added a time profile for night service fail over. Works great.
