Can anyone please tell me if there is a simple way to find out if the IP OFFICE is V2 or not?

I looked in IP Office Manager but I am not sure where I should be looking.

Thanks

IP500 or IP406? Both are written on the back of the hardware

IP500V2 has a SD card.

For IP406V2 with PCS6 and higher has 64mb or RAM and is able to go to R6

So more info would be great.

And if you're lucky then a PCS7, this can be checked from the SysMon tool, look for FreeMem=3XXXXXXX it's a 64Mb, if it says 1XXXXXXX then you have 16Mb

Its the IP OFFICE 500 sorry [dazed]

The front of the control unit also says either "IP Office 500 V2" if it's a V2. The older IP500 just says "IP Office 500".

If you have a Backup of the config then you can see it in the Manager.

Thanks all I looked at the unit in the rack from the back and it says IP OFFICE 500 on the sticker. It also has a CF card slot and no SD slot. So I am assuming its the original V1.

Does anyone know if this will still support V8 of the IP Office software? I know the new IP Pro Voicemail card is 500 V2 only , from what I have read.

IP 500 is supported on V8. and yes, the new vmpro card will only work on V2.
