OK looks like it is a problem with the stun server i used as peter suggested. I changed it to counterpath and everything is working again.
The stun server from counterpath comes back with the settings i had earlier with the other stun server. Anyone got an why this went wrong al of a sudden?
ok the Phone worked for a while, but all of a sudden it stopped working. Is was registered but no audio anymore...
I rebooted the Phone, but that didn't help. reboot ipo en stun came back with full blocking firewall. Nothing worked anymore, so changed it manually to the settings that worked...
Ok, the stun is working and the sip trunk is up to. It took some time for stun to work, like almost 10 minutes. Is this normal?
And there is no way to do this without STUN?
Ok, tried the stun server, but as soon as i enable the stun option my sip trunk goes down...
Do I have to use the Stun server option... With mitel and panasonic this is way easier... or is it just me...

HSM, for the watchguard config, you only use the SNAT port forwarding or is there something else that you change in the watchguard?
Ok, a changed the policy to this:
udp 1719
TCP 1800
Rtp port
UDP 5005
Also the puplic ip is pingable.
Firmware ip office 8.1.69 with the correct firmware in 9608

I know i could use a site to site but this is just for testing. We use the watchguard almost evry time with a ip office install. So i would like to know if this works with the remote worker solution. So HSM did you get this to work?

what is your acl and port forwarding setup for sip trunking on a cisco 88x. Do you forward al the rtp ports as well? If so i am currious how you do this.
Also do you use these for remote extentions?

I have a customer that needs to upgrade to version 8.x. It's a ip500v1 on software 4.1. They also have the old ip DECT from DETEWE. My question is will this give me problems with the upgrade?

its on the same switch as 5610, tried the same port but that did not make any difference... if i set the 5610 on dhcp and only fillin the callserver and file server it also works, but not on the 1616...
