Hi Guys,

I have a customer that needs to upgrade to version 8.x. It's a ip500v1 on software 4.1. They also have the old ip DECT from DETEWE. My question is will this give me problems with the upgrade?

OK thanks,

one last question, do i have to update the software off the handset and the DECT system? I see that there are files included on the admin cd.

IP DECT Firmware : yes if newer
Phone Firmware : if necessery, I never done that if there are no complains
