The provider thinks it may be a device between their switch and the customer that is set to the wrong signaling. They have a tech on route to check it out.
Switched the programming from the T1 E&M to a PRI. Pretty much a default PRI setup - NI2, ESF/B8ZS, 4 digits. In system status the line shows in service and idle, but no calls in or out. The provider says the B Channels are going up and down, but I don't see that in system status.
Any ideas?
I'm trying to install the Application Server to use One-X Portal, however I need to use a port other than 8080. The instructions are pretty easy with the Windows version of One-x Portal during the install, but I can't find anything regarding the Application Server One-X port.

I have a user on a BCM 400 using a 1140e phone. If she has a call on hold and takes another call, she cannot transfer it to voicemail directly. A normal transfer works. She can transfer to voicemail if she only has one call.
Any thoughts? Is this a bug, limitation, or configuration problem...
