I have a user on a BCM 400 using a 1140e phone. If she has a call on hold and takes another call, she cannot transfer it to voicemail directly. A normal transfer works. She can transfer to voicemail if she only has one call.
Any thoughts? Is this a bug, limitation, or configuration problem?
The BCM software version is 4.0.2.03.
