We have a Nortel MICS with 12 analog business lines and around 25 handsets (M7310 and T7316e). Yesterday we had several strange events occur. First I plugged in a T7316e phone. the phone booted up fine, and all the buttons worked but there was no sound through the headset or speaker. I hit F805...

And make sure the Adnt. ext is set to your operators extension (Or use a hunt group to ring several phones)

You could try enabling bilingual support and using the alternate languages. At least then you would only have to create 1 main CCR table.

I stumbled across this thread with a similar problem (hope you don't mind). My CP came pre-loaded with English and Mandarin (great) but the vendor did't provide a CD. They claim none of the CP they sell ever come with CDs. Is this possible? Can i download the contents of the CD from anywhere?

I'm actually curious on this too, I haven't been able to find any good details about this online. Any one know of any good step by step guides?
