CallPilot Upgrade

I have a customer that has had Reporting for Call Center installed. But according to tech support the CallPilot needs to be upgraded from 02.10.08.00 to the latest and greatest(at least 31.10.27.22)or 4.0. Is there a web site I can go to for a step by step (including any hardware needed)to upgrade this stand alone Call Pilot 150.

I'm actually curious on this too, I haven't been able to find any good details about this online.

I don't work on CallPilot 150s, but you can find Nortel's documentation here. I'm sorry that I cannot drill down further for you, as I said I do not work on 150s, so I'm not sure if Nortel calls them "Messaging 150" or "CallPilot Mini.
