Auto Attendent needs to 0 to oper

I have installed a MICS 7.0 with a Call Pilot 100 and have the Auto Attendent answer incoming calls after 4 rings. The cust wants the option to touch 0 and ring the operator, when I do that now a message says that the Opr is not available. What am I missing for this to happen?

And make sure the Adnt. ext is set to your operators extension (Or use a hunt group to ring several phones)
