Yes and it failed. Also appears the mc32s cards are unregistered. I rebooted oneand was able to reg u s and it registered, the others still failed. Going to reboot the rest to see if I can get them registered and try sync again.

The 7xxx on key 0 acd is the agent id and the scn (single call non-ringing) 7xxx is probably for making outgoing calls from the set.

You could capture the ACD reports on a different TTY. They will show you ACD calls, Incoming DN calls, and Outgoing DN calls. On the ACD programming respond yes to RPRT, and set up a TTY for collection.
