2 CallerID Questions

Is there a way to get the phone to display the callerID for all key lines going to the phone alls I get is the CID for key 0, do you have to enter a special code when you setup the new key to make CID show up as well on that key?

Also is there a reason why an extension would only show the 4 digit extension without the persons name?

cls marks control that.. if all lines should show clid to the network... if you want to display the clid of key 0 when call external on key 1, the key 1 scr 2134 d, shows the clid of key 0

do you want ID for incoming calls or are you asking about the ID you are passing on outgoing calls?

Do you have multiple DNs on your phone and you want to see the caller ID information coming in on all of these DNs?

If so, try adding a Display key to the phone.
This way if any line rings, press DISPLAY and you'll see the incoming caller's information before answering.

Or add CLS TDD. question 2 - is there a name programmed for the DN? does set have CLS CNDA?
