Best way to access a 3300 from the internet.

I think you still experience some 1 way audio conditions. The Mitel MBG (Teleworker) application has greatly reduced in price and would be a good solution for you. For a good SIP client I would look at www.counterpath.com

Mitel 3300 - Allowing Incoming calls from third party SIP Server

I do not see them on the certified SIP interop list. Are you on MCD4.0?

SDK/Mitai - approach to allow calls from desktop

You have multiple options if you are have a Mitel 3300. If you are running on an SX-2000 then are limited. Depending on the application UCA might work but be careful as it doesn't have full TAPI support. Mitel calls it talk to TAPI and many applications cannot open the driver.

    Call Center - call recording

Your best bet is to record on the trunk side. Oaisys is releasing their Mitai integration here in the next month. It is a very cost effective solution with a lot of functionality. The issue of course will be the resiliency. First off I would recommend that you upgrade to a 3300MXe redundant...

Phone software on a Mitel 3300 in combination with Vista

Are you using any PrairieFyre software? If so version 5.4 is coming out 4-15 and includes Vista support and a rework of the screenpop capability.

    5550 Console problems

I am a little confused by your configuration as well. Using two nic's on a 5550 console is something we do quite often though and never have any issues. Many customers want to have their networks completely seperate. The statement that bribob made is accurate that the phone system subnet must be...

    3300 and SIP Mobile Phone

Have you checked out Microsoft OCS 2007 and it's SIP phone devices. There is a nice integration with the 3300, Exchange 2007 and OCS.
