yes the calls can be recorded from at DDI level but Contactstore seems to only search via the extn, group or CLI.
The AA has 4 different options/groups with 30 extns involved the customer just wants to hear and see a list of the calls on one incoming DDI.

We have an ongoing problem with choppy incoming SIP vm messages, intermittently with about 10% of messages the speech is unrecognisably choppy.
Our SIP provider Gamma has been helpful changing and upgrading the Cisco router...
you need to make sure "borland socket" thingy is running in default configuration and the licencing server address IS your local IP....its not an easy trial to set up!
