Solution was that the Ci card was in the left slot on the KSU instead of the right side. slot 1 for lines 001-004 is on the right not the left. Oversight.

Forgot to add...we tested the the CI card that is not producing the results we would expect in another system...it works fine.

Trying to re-record the Home node message on a CP after adding a transfer. Cannot find the Home message to re-record. Company message is fine. Can you help me out here?

Do you need a PRI to do ext forwarding. Does it always take a line in and a line out to acheive the call forwarding to external dial?

sw 6.1 there are two/three companies sharing this system. One other company also has a CI card and is getting the CI no problem. Bell has provided the Caller ID. number is chosen over name.
