You go to Change Dns in administration.

The phone itself isn't programmed it's the extension that is programmed.

Feature *3 for Internal Feature Programming
Feature *2 for Internal AutoDial Numbers
Feature *1 for External AutoDial Numbers

Erase Programmed Button of all Features
Feature *1 press button, then hit hold

Change DN's won't erase buttons, though. If you're just looking to do that, the easiest way to do that is to make sure set relocation is off, and plug in a different model set.

When you plug in the original phone, all the buttons will be template default.
