    I have two separate installs of IPO 11.0.4 with VMPro 11.0.4 on windows servers. Both of them eventually lose connection between the IPO and the VMpro. VMpro client "sees" the IPO, however, voicemail = none in SSA i have confirmed the voicemail password in the security settings matches...

    Access historical recording from Contact Store after upgrade to Avaya Call Recorder

    Hi After upgrading from 9.0 to 11, the Contact Store data from before the upgrade cannot be accessed using http://x.x.x.x:8888. The server is running, the services are running, the recordings (WAV and XML) arein the directory. The browser times out. Any thoughts? Thanks Mike
