IPO 11 with VMPro. Can caller leave a message that gets distributed to many

Hi,

The usual hunt group (HMain source number) method for this will not work since the requirement is that everyone is responsible to listen to the message rather than have the MWI shut off once one person checks it.
It would be more like calling in, leaving a message, and the message goes to a distribution group.

Ideas?

Voice mail to email that goes to a distributed email list.

I did suggest this, however, they want it on the phone set

As soon as the 1st person checks the voicemail then the message light will turn off.

with HG voicemail, yes.

Not sure how a broadcast message would work, says it sends it to every member of the hunt group so maybe this may be an option, never used it so not sure if this will work for you to be honest.
