    Clear IP Route Command

From an enable prompt type in "config t" From the config prompt use: no ip route 192.168.24.0 255.255.255.0 Serial1/0:2 no ip route 192.168.28.0 255.255.255.0 Serial1/0:1 then type in "end" to return to the enable prompt then do a "wr mem" to write it to memory. That should do it :)

New thread for bigblock454's drop issue, updated info & summary

kwing, you were right it's a typo, it is: 10.10.1.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.0.200 I don't have a default route on the main, just the ones I showed you. If I wanted to add one, what would it be? Each hub router (one for each spoke) has IP routes such as (this is the hub router to the Hwy...

    IP route assistance please

Sorry for the confusion, I have 3 routers at the hub, each going to a spoke. Each hub router has routes as descibed in my first post, and each spoke router has just the single route back to the hub. Burt, if you are referring to the serial interface IPs, they are all 192.168.254.x/30. For...

New thread for bigblock454's drop issue, updated info & summary

kwing, all spokes have LAN1 as destination with the 2 routes described. The hub has the following routes, also with LAN1 as destination (the gateway addresses are the fast ethernet ports on the 1721s a the hub that go to each spoke): 10.10.1.1 255.255.255.0 192.168.0.200 192.168.2.0...

New thread for bigblock454's drop issue, updated info & summary

Oh, and about the IP lines, there is only one from each spoke to the hub, they are uniquely numbered, and each spoke DS unit has 2 routes, which are: 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 [local cisco fastethernet address as gateway] and 192.168.99.0 255.255.255.0 0.0.0.0 which is apparently the remote access...

New thread for bigblock454's drop issue, updated info & summary

Hi guys, and you all have great memories :) Anyway, the calls connect when transferred from Hwy, and they stay connected anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes, the majority stay connected for about 1:30. They are being sent to both individual DIDs and HGs, that part doesn't matter, they all...

Need recommendation for 3rd party to do Network Assessment

gknight1, I guess I could do that, but we never use all our bandwidth anyway. I have started a new thread for the issue... kwing112000, what do you mean by "hits"? If I look at the policy on the routers, this is what I see (taken from the router where dropped calls originate): highway#sho...

New thread for bigblock454's drop issue, updated info & summary

Hi All, I seem to have too many threads for my drop issue, so I thought I'd start this new, up to date thread. Setup: 4 locations, 1 hub (3mm), 3 spokes (1mm, Hwy, 21mm) All connected by B8ZS/ESF PTP Full T1s on 1721 Cisco routers running QoS. Switches are Avaya P133GT2s with port...

Need recommendation for 3rd party to do Network Assessment

gknight1, yes, all of them. 50% of all bandwidth is set aside for dscp ef & dscp af41, and the voice traffic ports on the switches have highest priority.

Need recommendation for 3rd party to do Network Assessment

Sheesh, costly! I will have to look over all the options and talk ot iver with my boss. We are trying not to spend any money given the economy and the fact that we sell boats, not exaclty the durable good everyone is buying in a bad economy! It looks like a site specific issue at this point...

Need recommendation for 3rd party to do Network Assessment

We have 4 locations, none of the phones are IP though, they are all digital. It is the system that is IP, and calls only drop if they originate at a specific spoke location and are transferred directly to another spoke. If they are transferred back to the hub site, and then transferred to a...

    Network Assessment assistance please!

Hi All, I have some mor information on my drops. I was watching status during test calls, and i hope this makes sense: If I call the Main, and have them transfer me to the 21 (the ususal destination for drops) I don't drop, and I can see tha call in both status monitors, the Main and the 21mm...

    IP route assistance please

Hi All, I have 4 locations connected by 1721 routers on PTP T1s, a hub and 3 spokes. If I try to ping spoke to spoke, I time out. I have only one route on each spoke: 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 se0 The hub routers have 3 routes each, example of hub to spoke3: 10.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 192.168.0.200...
