I want to program *1 to route to an external number as a "speed dial" for a frquently used number.
Can someone point me in the right direction for the programming please?
To save on time I wondered if anyone had found anything, likely 3rd party, ways of an automated process that could reset a users unity pin and email it to them so it could be a self service process? Also perhaps for user phone logins too.
Thanks.
Currently *1 is used as follows.......
DN *1
TYPE FFC
FEAT AUTH
Can't 100% remember what that one is, and pretty sure no one uses it. And yes I want them to dial another number when a users keys in *1 or *4357
I am assuming I couldn't make *1 and *4357 PLDN's?
I have had a request to create 2 speed dials for all users in the office with the keys pressed *1 and *4357
Can anyone advise how this could be done please?
Thanks.
Thanks, I am aware of the analogue capability with a analogue gateway but should of explained I am really looking for an IP conference phone but a cheaper alternative to the Cisco range.
Hi, I just wondered if anyone had found/tried any non Cisco conference phones that were perhaps cheaper to purchase than the likes of the 7937 ?
Thanks.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to extract data from the meridian so it is suitable for a .csv or similar?
I am looking to get all the extensions listed with perhaps the names also against that?
Thanks.
Tom.
Hmmmm still no luck :-( Still just getting the NU tone when I try and set the forward to 07595 xxx xxx.

OK it seems that there is a bit more to this. Now I have checked everything myself with the user it is just they cannot call forward their phone to the number. You can dial the number fine from the handset.

Here is a prt of th...
Hi,
I have an issue where I cannot dial mobile/cell phone range of numbers 07595 xxxxxx on phones with NCOS 6. They work fine when dialling from a phone with NCOS 7. But I cannot see anything in NCOS 6 to block it? I have a hunch there is some other programming in the PBX I need to look at...
865 XXXXX AND 861 XXXX both go to the same cisco voip gateway. 861 plus the 4 digit extension works perfect and has done for years. There is no dmi on the route for this e.g. DMI 0.
865 requires a 5 digit extension after it, the FLEN in the DSC accounts for this (flen 8), it then uses the same...
