    Thanks, I had the calls routing to the wrong group. too many numbers :-) Caller ID isn't working. I keep reading that the 2 analog ports can be ON or OFF, but the digital ports under Caller Display Type is off, however, only shows up as Outside. Any thoughts?

    Thank You for the reply. I appreciate it. On the phone modem end - its using and RJ11 connection into the modem. on the other end, I would just use the blue/white wires into the rj45 and plug in to the ATM card? or am I still looking at the wrong card?
