ATM4 Not showing up 3

Running Avaya IP office 406, Version 3.1

System previously had a PRI card in it. Our current provider isn't setup with Digital yet. We purchased an ATM4 card which I swapped out today. It is showing up as a BRI card and not Analog.

Thoughts? I have done some reading about having the latest version of IP office on. Do i need to update to 3.2 in order for this to find it?

Are you serious??? it is already the 21 st century.

We purchased an ATM4 card which I swapped out today. It is showing up as a BRI card and not Analog.

Then it is a BRI card.
On the card itself there is a mark where it says which type of card it is.



BAZINGA!

Or you've got the card misaligned on the header.

Check to see if card is installed correctly.It's probably of by one pin.

That was a common thing with the old 406v2. Sarcasm doesn't fix everything.
