No incoming calls 1

So - Im testing the phone system at my house prior to going to install, and have 1 phone hooked up

Here is what the monitor is displaying, and no caller id was displaying either. Its IP office 406 with an ATM4 card

The call is presente to group 300 but there are no available members in the group and queueing is turned off and VM is turned off so nothing happens...

Thanks, I had the calls routing to the wrong group. too many numbers :)

Caller ID isn't working. I keep reading that the 2 analog ports can be ON or OFF, but the digital ports under Caller Display Type is off, however, only shows up as Outside.

Any thoughts?

CLI is on in the trunk settings but there is no number to present so I think you don't receive CLI on your analog trunks.
Check with your provider.

I took the phone system to the business where it is being installed to test it. Everything seems OK, except Caller ID is not coming thru, and it is part of the package.

Any other thoughts? I am still confused by the conflicting reports of the Caller display being off or on for each ext. Some say on, some say off, but mine is greyed out
