    Jensen05, Sounds like that station is call forwarded. To remove Call Forwarding manually - Press Feature 1 1 dial your extension twice.

    DenneyM Dial by Name Directory is not available on PMVS R5. You will need to upgrade to Partner Messaging R7.

    Gentlemen, I have a PARTNER ACS R7.0 Matrix from Avaya that shows that PMVS R4.1 is not compatible with ACS R7.0. PMVS R5 is the only one that will work. There is also a note that earlier versions of PMVS R5 may have to be upgraded.

    dlevasseur, You are one port off on the Voice Mail programming, the first extension for a 4 –port system, port 1 would be assigned to extension 43.

    Check to see if the lines assigned to the extension are set to ring. If a line is set to No Ring the user has to manually select the line to answer the call.

    klyeman52 You said no voice mail on the Partner System. Have the Boss light the message light on Ext 10 by using Message Light On F0910 when leaving and Message Light Off F1010 when coming back into the office. The Message light will indicate when the Boss is in or out.
