User has to manually select the ringing line to answer it 1

I have a site that has a Partner R7.0 and one user is having to manually press the ringing line button to answer it. He said when a call comes in his phone will ring and then immediately beeps once and then the green light flashes next to the line the call is coming in on. When he picks up the handset he ends up picking up the first idle line and then he has to manually press the line button that the call is ringing in on. He doesn't have a DND button on his phone but could that be activated?

Sounds like that station is call forwarded.
To remove Call Forwarding manually - Press Feature 1 1 dial your extension twice.
 
It could be a station glitch. Try unplugging the phone, then plug it back in and try it. If it still doesn't work properly, then power cycle the system or do a system reset #728 from 10 or 11 and see if that fixes it.

Feat. 11 and then 11 twice (his extension) worked. He must have activated the forwarding and didn't realize it. Thanks for the help!
