A client wants to port 9800 number into our phone system. We have a PRI. I just program a line to receive the DID. For some reason, the system will not accept any digits starting with 9. Is there a way to get around this?
Yesterday my Callpilot reported Inactive Feature when trying to access VM. I replaced the power source and finally got the Callpilot to boot and could access VM. I noticed when the Callpilot booted all the LED lights blinked or stayed on. Now the 10/100 light does not blink at all.

I don't know exactly, but the DTMF has to be set to RFC2833 to ensure your phone recognizes the verification code...apparently.
I have a tenant would would like to forward his Google Voice phone number. He cannot get our Norstar phone system to recognize the “verification code”. Anyone have any ideas how this can be done?
